Sebastiano Di Salvo was born in Catania in 1990. After completing art high school, he attended the Academy of Fine Arts in Catania, where he studied painting. In addition to classical painting techniques, he experimented with video art, video installations, and digital painting. His works explore the collective, media, and aesthetic imagination in a variety of forms and techniques, producing satirical and provocative images that stimulate critical thinking in the viewer.
He has participated in numerous projects and exhibitions, and has completed several public and private commissions. Among the most notable are the 2009 first prize for "Know Europe at the European Parliament in Strasbourg in the painting section, and in 2014 the Archbishop of Malta commissioned a work for the collection of the Parish Church of Lija. In 2015, Antonio Presti of the Fiumara d'Arte Foundation awarded him the Critics' Prize at the Urban Art Meeting in Ragusa.
In 2018, he was a finalist for ContemporaneaMENTI at the Arsenale of Iseo. With the Temporary Young project for Wondertime, he participated in two group exhibitions in Catania (Dalì show, the Treausre of Eros) with artists such as Salvador Dalì, Andy Warhol, Mimmo Rotella, Giuseppe Veneziano, and Carlo Lodola. In 2024, he placed third in the Artapp Artist Contest Magazine,
